Demetria’s move into the title business followed a natural flow after a number of years of working with commercial real estate development and real estate management for major companies, both at the national and international level.
Since 1990, Peggy has worked in the title industry in Northwest Florida. She started out typing title policies and worked her way up as a Title Searcher / Examiner, as a Closing Agent and then as an Office Manager.
Cindy Kelley has been one of our licensed escrow officers since 2004. A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Cindy moved to the Florida Panhandle in 1993 after graduating from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Degree in Finance.
Lynda Byrd is originally from Ozark, Alabama, and moved to Panama City, Florida in 1998. She worked as a paralegal until 2002, until she became a full time licensed tile agent. Lynda worked at McNeese Title 2003-2012 and returned to McNeese Title in 2014 as branch manager of the Seagrove Beach Office.
Lorre James is an Albertville, Alabama native who has spent most of her adult life in the field of mass media. The mother of one daughter, Lindsey Camille and grandson Rylan, Lorre started her professional career in 1976 as a public speaking and drama teacher, after graduating from Auburn University, with a B.S. degree in Communication Education. She is very proud to be an Auburn Tiger!
Tricia moved to the Emerald Coast from Austin, Texas in May of 2011. Originally hired to help relocate the Grayton Beach Office to Seagrove Beach, it became quickly apparent her 8 years experience working with Attorneys in both Michigan and Texas, made her a perfect fit to manage...
Julie Paton was born in Mobile, Alabama, grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, and came home to the Gulf Coast in 1999 after spending 18 years with Delta Air Lines as a flight attendant. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BBA in Business Management.
Coco Chanel McNeese was born March 15th, 2006. Although, now the picture of perfect health, Chanel was challenged very early in her life with a birth defect, which required open heart surgery. With the brilliant knowledge of the skillful doctors at Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine and the nurturing love of her human parents, Richard and Demetria, she made a full recovery.
Wade joined McNeese Title in October, 2014 as the so very important "Executive Courier." He grew up in Miami attended Gifford College in Greensborough, North Carolina and Florida Technical College before moving to the Emerald Coast in 2011. Wade's occupational background includes LPN, Police Officer, & Docate Coordinator for a Miami law firm. His friendly, outgoing personality and high energy level make Wade a great fit for McNeese Family!
Julie Barbeau is a native of Lake Charles, Louisiana and moved to the beautiful Emerald Coast in 1999. In March 2011, Julie brought over twelve years of experience working for attorneys and eleven years in the title industry to McNeese Title, LLC
Kathy Paul is a true title industry veteran. Starting out in January of 1977 as a courier, she worked her way up through the geographical title plant, research department and became the title plant manager in 1985.
Suzanne Seltzer is McNeese Title’s “Director of First Impressions.” Ms. Seltzer has been involved in the Destin real estate industry since 1994, working in positions ranging from accounting to real estate sales.
Following Air Force retirement, Jim embarked on a second career in real estate closings and has 14 years experience in the Tennessee and Florida title industries. Jim’s area of expertise is IRS Code 1031 tax deferred exchanges as an exchange counselor and Qualified Intermediary.
Lindsey is a true Florida native with strong community roots and is the proud and devoted mother of two remarkable children, Kace and Brennan. She is an honors graduate of Troy University with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations and has a paralegal background centered in land use, development, and title.
