Kathy Paul is a true title industry veteran. Starting out in January of 1977 as a courier, she worked her way up through the geographical title plant, research department and became the title plant manager in 1985. Kathy obtained her Certified Land Search designation through the Florida Land Title Association and taught Title Insurance classes at Gulf Coast Community College in Panama City Florida. She is also a licensed title agent and has closed transactions from large commercial to small residential. Personally, Kathy is a native Floridian and has never left the area where she and her husband have raised their 5 children, which have given her 5 grandchildren. Kathy made the statement that she feels honored and blessed to have become part of the McNeese family…and the McNeese family feels the same way about her!
