Originally from the Washington D.C. area, Lydia’s family relocated to the Emerald Coast in 1989. A proud Niceville High School graduate, Lydia began her career in the title business in 2002, including working at McNeese Title from 2004-2007. After 10 years working in Loan Operations, Lydia returned “home” to McNeese Title in 2017 to be the Post Closing Department Manager. Additionally, she processes 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges for our sister company, Destin Title Exchange Company, LLC.
Lydia can be found most weekends shopping at the local farmers markets or spending time at home with her husband Joel, daughter Abigail, stepson Bikendi, and their 2 dogs, Baxter and Asia.
